Enquiries and contact requests
The contact form collects your name, email address, message and optional phone number. The footer form collects your email address so I can contact you about your enquiry; it is not a newsletter signup. Both forms deliver to hello@afwd.net. I use these details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss my services. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Why I use this information
Where you ask about work or a proposal, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other business enquiries are handled on the basis of my legitimate interests in responding and running AFWD. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
How long I keep information
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Client records are retained as needed to deliver the work and meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations. Contact me for details relevant to your records.
