Financial Wellbeing Pulse
Financial Wellbeing Pulse is a digital wellbeing tool designed to help individuals and organisations understand the connection between money and happiness. The project was a collaboration between the Institute for Financial Wellbeing and the Centre for Thriving Places.
I worked closely with Chris Hull and Pete Marshall to design and build a user-focused, professional website that would promote the tool, support its credibility, and offer a seamless user experience. The brief was to create something clean, informative, and easy to maintain, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and clarity.
What Was Delivered
AFWD Studio delivered a fully responsive WordPress website, built to support a diverse audience and integrate smoothly with the existing Pulse tool.
Key objectives delivered
Collaborative Planning: Worked alongside Chris and Pete to map user journeys, structure content, and ensure the site served both public and professional users.
Modern, Minimal Design: A clean layout that communicates trust and clarity, matching the tone and professionalism of the tool.
Flexible Content Management: WordPress CMS with block-based editing so the team can easily update content and pages themselves.
Pulse Integration: Embedded the tool securely, ensuring privacy and functionality across devices.
Payment Gateway Setup: Integrated a secure and user-friendly payment system for organisations looking to access enhanced versions of the tool.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance: Continued support to ensure the site stays secure, up-to-date, and optimised as the project evolves.
