The Challenge

The previous website was built with GoDaddy Airo, an AI website builder, but the client wasn’t happy with the result. He wanted to move away from the headaches and restrictions of that platform and have more control over how his practice was presented online. For a considered service like surveying, visitors need to understand the difference between inspection levels, see evidence of professional standards and know how to request advice without navigating jargon. The rebuild needed to present the practice’s services clearly and give the client a website he felt confident in.

The Solution

I organised the site around clear service routes for Level 2 surveys, Level 3 surveys, valuations, seller surveys and roof inspections. Plain-English explanations and prominent quote prompts help visitors move from initial research to an enquiry.

Design & trust

A restrained visual language gives the practice a confident, personal presence. RICS credentials, affiliations, reviews and direct contact options are easy to find, while the mobile layout keeps the service and quote journeys clear on smaller screens.

Regional content & search foundations

Dedicated service and area pages give the site a useful structure for people searching in Carmarthen, Swansea, Cardiff, Llanelli, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Page titles, descriptions and internal links support discoverability without making the copy feel written for search engines first.

The finished website presents the practice’s services and credentials in one consistent experience. Visitors can compare the available surveys, explore local coverage and request a fixed-fee quote through a clear enquiry journey. The site is now a stronger foundation for future content and growth.
