PBD approached AFWD to create a new website that would:

• Reflect their credibility and experience

• Clearly present their wide range of services

• Help customers easily get in touch for quotes

• Be simple to navigate and mobile-friendly

• Perform well in local search results

• Create a custom Fire Door Inspection app to streamline site visits, generate branded reports, and securely store inspection data for quoting

My Approach

1. Discovery & Planning

I worked closely with the team to understand their service structure and internal processes. We mapped out the core service areas, prioritised local SEO strategy, and scoped the functionality of the Fire Door app based on real field workflows.

2. Design & Development

I delivered a modern, clean website with an emphasis on usability and trust. Real photography, clear service pages, and a no-fuss contact system were key. Alongside this, I developed a custom tablet-based Fire Door Inspection tool designed for use on-site.
